oh how we loved to celebrate each others birthdays with cake!  The one day of the year we didnt need an excuse to eat cake!  Mind you we just had days without cake that were strange to us!   Your baking slabs of banana bread was more of a cake than bread recipe. That recipe ended up being banana and chocolate chip muffins which were delicious too.   Then Black Goo happened only to open up in Berkhamsted too as well as Tring.  Then we discovered the Lime and Pistachio from the new cake shop and she baked whole cakes we could buy for the weekend.  Which youd pick up on a Friday from Jo along with sausage rolls just to get us all through until the next week!  Well happy heavenly birthday for today my beautiful friend who I miss too much and definitely dont eat enough cake anymore.  Tomorrow i will get someone to bring me cake and no I wont be sharing 🤣🤣🤣 our joke!
